Dane Ellison RE/MAX Regional Services CEO
Alex Segars
RE/MAX’s great name recognition makes Alex’s job providing brand support just a bit easier. But she works tirelessly to keep RE/MAX the first name in real estate, whether through direct mail/email marketing, agent communications or franchise support. Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Alex spends her spare time enjoying the bike trails and many concerts Atlanta has to offer.
Amanda King
Amanda assists in directing the accounting functions of four RE/MAX regions (Georgia, Kentucky/Tennessee, Southern Ohio, and Southeastern Michigan). She is responsible for financial planning and policies, accounting practices, internal control structure, preparation of financial reports, and accounting staff development. Amanda brings extensive experience, having graduated from Brenau University with a BBA in Accounting and working as a Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager for nine years collectively. A Georgia native, Amanda is a huge Falcons fan and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing and boat riding. One of her goals is to visit every national park in the country.
Angela Simms
Angela brings over a decade’s experience in billing to her position as Accounting Coordinator. She oversees billing, cash receipts, collection operations and other transactions for offices, provides additional agent support and even accompanies Regional Managers on BrokerFirst-related visits. She loves the family atmosphere of RE/MAX, and in her spare time is pursuing a degree in Business Management.
Bob Fauth
Louisville native Bob Fauth has logged plenty of miles in his travels as a consultant for RE/MAX. In addition to handling franchise sales and renewals, Bob trains brokers in agent recruitment and retention, and also gets agents up to speed on technology. A former USMCR tank commander, Bob has been integral to our success since 2005.
Bree Lake
Bree manages the myriad contracts and insurance documents generated for franchisees every day. She has close to a decade’s experience with RRS expertly handling agreements, office updates and online documents. In her spare time, Bree is an accomplished equestrian and the devoted owner of Thoroughbreds Switch and Lydia.
Dane Ellison
Originally from Gulf Shores, Alabama, Dane first achieved renown by eating 287 oysters in 10 minutes in a local contest. From there it’s all been golden. Dane has years of experience as a corporate executive in healthcare contract management, working with many of the premier hospitals in the country. Now captaining the RRS team, he provides the leadership and planning that ensures franchisee success. A runner who has competed in Ironman Triathlons, Dane is a big college football fan. And although his role is to see the big picture for RRS, Dane admits to be a bit OCD when it comes to his own wardrobe.
David Smith
As CFO, David is in charge of all accounting, finance and administration for RRS, including financial reporting, budgeting, planning, accounts payable and receivable, credit, payroll, taxes, internal controls, banking, audits, human resources, and contracts. He brings with him extensive experience in financial management with a number of large corporations, including Ryder Logistics and Penske Truck Leasing. In addition to all this, David also assists franchisees with financial projections, profitability and back office operations.
Elizabeth N. White
Elizabeth develops and implements a variety of marketing initiatives to keep the RE/MAX brand in the public eye and spearheads website and lead development for our membership. Besides the business chops that come with Project Management Professional certification, Elizabeth brings creativity and aesthetics from her experience in fine art consulting to her work.
Jay Garrity
His extensive marketing experience enables Jay to ensure RRS stays aligned to its overall strategic marketing plan. As a member of the senior executive staff at RRS, he provides leadership on day to day operations in sales and marketing, ensuring that franchisees have all the tools and support they need to achieve maximum potential. Jay has received awards for his marketing genius, both in selling real estate and in fundraising for the charity My One Wish. In his spare time, Jay can be found hiking, hunting or underwater behind the business end of a spear gun.
Jeanette Schneider
RRS has depended on Jeanette’s expertise for several decades. She works with franchisees to make sure they meet their business goals. And Jeanette is an expert at that, with a list of professional and personal achievements including being named to Crain’s Detroit Business 40 Under 40 and receiving numerous RE/MAX awards. When not helping our brokers achieve their best, Jeanette is a 5K runner and also plays piano and organ.
Joan Everetts
Nashville native Joan can usually be found visiting Tennessee-based brokers to assist with business planning, agent recruitment and retention, and profitability. She also trains brokers and agents in RE/MAX tools and services like BrokerFirst and BrokerAdvantage. In her spare time Joan enjoys cooking and is an avid reader and consumer of audiobooks. And despite the many hours she spends on the road for RRS, Joan also loves to travel with her husband.
Jodi Hendrixson
Jodi manages our IT networks and all RE/MAX technical support. Other hats she wears are Market Data Analysis, technology-based recruitment, oversight of IT-related projects and even desktop support. A former professional tennis instructor, Jodi is not fazed by anything that comes her way -- and that includes a new baby.
John Crimmins
John directs operational support and franchise sales for the Georgia region. With a background as a senior leader in operational management, John brings the expertise to work with franchisees at the business plan stage, at start up and thereafter. Originally from St. Louis, he is still a Cardinals fan, but during football season follows the Tennessee Volunteers.
Joseph Sabatini
As Regional Manager for RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan, Joe provides BrokerFirst leadership, along with management and coaching to franchisees through ongoing interactions. He brings over 15 years of business experience in the private and public sector. He has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting & Finance from Oakland University. Joe is a licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan. A lifelong resident of Macomb County, Joe enjoys playing golf, hockey and spending time with his family. He is also a loyal Detroit sports fan.
Marsha Payne
Before joining RRS in 2005, Marsha worked in several different industries in a variety of capacities. She loves working for RE/MAX because of its reputation and the commitment to support of team members. She considers herself a resource for our brokers, someone who can connect them to the right person when they need help. Marsha is also responsible for human resources administration, coordination of employee initiatives and oversight of franchise contract administration.
Matt Gerding
Matt is responsible for the strategic, operational and financial growth of the Southern Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee Regions - over 130 RE/MAX offices. With managerial experience in a variety of corporations, Matt is well-qualified to mentor brokers. He enjoys working one on one with each broker to develop their unique vision, solve problems and empower agents. Originally from Cincinnati, Matt is a huge Bengals/Bearcats fan. When he’s not watching them, he can be found on the golf course or up in the air - he also has a private pilot’s license.
Nikki Scruggs
Georgia native Nikki is our financial go-to person. She is in charge of accounts payable, asset depreciation, monthly revenue verification and expense reporting. She also trains users on the RE/MAX FRAMES application. Nikki is accustomed to juggling many priorities; in fact, she completed her Accounting MBA during her pregnancy - all while working full time. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys spending time with family, travel, cooking and reading.
Randy Lawrence
Randy is an invaluable asset to RRS brokers in Southeastern Tennessee and Georgia, where he works to help businesses become profitable. With many years of experience of business turnaround for franchisees, he appreciates that the RE/MAX model gives everyone a chance to be successful. Randy is a tri-athlete and loves to bike, run and hike.
W. Aaron Dwyer
With a background in coaching, teaching and serving his community as a police officer, Aaron is the ideal guide and coach for new franchisees. He is usually the first contact; the first face a franchisee sees and the first hand they shake. Aaron’s work is to create the foundation on which a successful business is built. He walks the franchisee through the entire process and celebrates with them when they are awarded a franchise. A Tennessee native, Aaron is a huge Titans and Vanderbilt fan.
