Dane Ellison RE/MAX Regional Services CEO
Angela brings over a decade’s experience to her position as Staff Accountant. She oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable functions, analysis related to statistics and general accounting billing. She also oversees cash receipts, collection operations and other transactions for offices, provides additional agent support and even accompanies Regional Managers on BrokerFirst-related visits. She loves the family atmosphere of RE/MAX, and in her spare time enjoys reading and is pursuing a degree in Business Management.
Louisville native Bob Fauth has logged plenty of miles in his travels as a consultant for RE/MAX. In addition to handling franchise sales and renewals, Bob trains brokers in agent recruitment and retention, and also gets agents up to speed on technology. A former USMCR tank commander, Bob has been integral to our success since 2005.
Bob can be found traveling across Georgia, Tennessee and Southern Ohio to assist Brokers in business planning, Agent recruitment, retention and profitability. He brings over 17 years of operations experience and customer service with The Home Depot in Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN along with 10 years of military service with the US Air Force. Bob holds a bachelors degree from Troy State University. When Bob isn’t traveling on business you can find him fishing, watching football or in the stands at a NASCAR race.
Bree manages the myriad contracts and insurance documents generated for franchisees every day. She has close to a decade’s experience with RRS expertly handling agreements, office updates and online documents. In her spare time, Bree is an accomplished equestrian and the devoted owner of Thoroughbreds Switch and Lydia.
Originally from Gulf Shores, Alabama, Dane first achieved renown by eating 287 oysters in 10 minutes in a local contest. From there it’s all been golden. Dane has years of experience as a corporate executive in healthcare contract management, working with many of the premier hospitals in the country. Now captaining the RRS team, he provides the leadership and planning that ensures franchisee success. A runner who has competed in Ironman Triathlons, Dane is a big college football fan. And although his role is to see the big picture for RRS, Dane admits to be a bit OCD when it comes to his own wardrobe.
As CFO, David is in charge of all accounting, finance and administration for RRS, including financial reporting, budgeting, planning, accounts payable and receivable, credit, payroll, taxes, internal controls, banking, audits, human resources, and contracts. He brings with him extensive experience in financial management with a number of large corporations, including Ryder Logistics and Penske Truck Leasing. In addition to all this, David also assists franchisees with financial projections, profitability and back office operations.
Dawn Brown is an invaluable asset to RRS brokers in Southeastern Tennessee and Georgia, where she works to help businesses grow and become profitable. With many years of experience in the real estate, management and franchise industries, she appreciates that the RE/MAX model gives everyone a chance to be successful. Dawn enjoys bicycling and hiking with her two kids, traveling and live music.
The RE/MAX name recognition makes Erin’s job providing brand support just a bit easier. But she works tirelessly to keep RE/MAX the first name in real estate, whether through direct mail/email marketing, agent communications or franchise support. Erin has a heavy advertising agency background supporting local and national brands, as well as marketing management experience in the financial services and golf industries. In her spare time you can find her hitting the links or touring the north Georgia vineyards with her family and friends.
RRS has relied and Jeanette’s expertise for over two decades. Using her experience in working with franchisees to help them establish and meet their business goals she now is focused on creating innovative programs, tools and events to assist brokers and agents to develop their full potential. Her professional achievements include being named to Crain’s Detroit Business 40 under 40 and receiving the RE/MAX Region of the Year Award. When not leading a special project or spending time at an airport, Jeanette is a 5K runner and plays the piano and organ.
Jeremy McLaurin is the IT Customer Service Specialist at RE/MAX Regional Services, where his goal is to provide quality technical support to Brokers and Agents. Jeremy brings over two years of experience from companies such as CVS and Delta Airlines. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys playing basketball and baseball, as well as dancing, singing, acting and making videos and short films.
John directs operational support and franchise sales for the Georgia region. With a background as a senior leader in operational management, John brings the expertise to work with franchisees at the business plan stage, at start up and thereafter. Originally from St. Louis, he is still a Cardinals fan, but during football season follows the Tennessee Volunteers.
Prior to joining the RE/MAX Regional Services team as Accounting Coordinator, Jordan worked for British Airways. Born and raised in Elmont, New York, Jordan completed his bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and is currently studying for his CPA. Jordan has a huge passion for music specializing in the drums, as well as guitar, bass guitar and piano. He also loves to travel with his favorite place being Andaman Nicobar Islands off the coast of India. Jordan enjoys food all off kinds and has even participated in food challenges.
Julia develops and implements a variety of marketing initiates to keep the RE/MAX brand top of mind. She works by providing marketing opportunities through advertising and communications, sports marketing and recruiting and retention efforts. In her spare time, Julia can be found traveling, looking at real estate and spending time with family and friends.
Lauren has a diverse background in sales, event management and social media marketing on a national and local level which serves her well as the Event Marketing and Social Media Manager at RE/MAX Regional Services. In her role, Lauren plans, executes and markets all events including receptions, seminars and sponsorships. Furthermore, she keeps RE/MAX top of mind, implements the company’s social media strategy and manages the Hot Air Balloon program. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Florida A&M University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida. While at the Florida A&M, Lauren was in the marching band and performed at the SuperBowl with Prince. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her son, playing and watching football and basketball (an avid Lions and Pistons fan) and trying new things.
Before joining RRS in 2005, Marsha worked in several different industries in a variety of capacities. She loves working for RE/MAX because of its reputation and the commitment to support of team members. She considers herself a resource for our brokers, someone who can connect them to the right person when they need help. Marsha is also responsible for human resources administration, coordination of employee initiatives and oversight of franchise contract administration. In her spare time, Marsha supports her love of reading by making audio recordings of books in the public domain for Librivox.org and by proofreading online text for Project Gutenberg.
With over 15 years of experience working in Franchise Sales and Development, Michael is the ideal guide and coach for new franchisees. He is usually the first contact; the first face a franchisee sees and the first hand they shake. Michael works to create a foundation on which a successful business is built. He walks the franchisee through the entire process and celebrates with them when they are awarded a franchise. An Atlanta native, Michael likes to spend his time offshore fishing for Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo & billfish.
Shirley is our Accounting go-to person. She is in charge of all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Monthly Financials, Fixed Assets, iFranchise and Auditing. She was born and raised in Doha, Qatar but is originally from the beautiful state of Kerala in India. Shirley received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. John’s University in New York. In her spare time, Shirley brings out her creative side with calligraphy and scrapbooking. She also traveling, reading and chairing PTA events at her children’s school.
Tracy provides support and training to brokers and agents for LeadStreet and Design Center. She brings over ten years of experience in real estate, having worked for a RE/MAX office as an Agent and Office Manager before joining the RE/MAX Regional Services team. In addition to her real estate license, Tracy also has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Georgia College & State University. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys being with her family and playing tennis. She loves sports, travel, music and exploring local areas.
